New school bus driver hardly drinks at all!

It seems that our new school bus driver, Tom Filmore, is something of a non-drinker.  Sure, he’ll have one or two to get rid of the morning crud and then another at lunch to make the day go a little smoother, but no, he’s not really a drinker, he’s a man we can trust.  We can take comfort in the fact that when the going gets tough out there, and God knows it will, Tom’s barely anaesthetised nerves will not overreact and cause a deadly situation.  Tom’s three previous court ordered AA stints taught him everything he needs to know about self-control and drinking within his limits (we should all be so lucky) and I’m convinced that he’s the right man for the job.  No, he’s not a drinker per se, but if he has to he can hold his own. He’s a man of integrity with a strong liver and the bladder of an ox.  Sure, things on his route get a little dicey from time-to-time, but we can all relate to that, and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve swerved to miss a deer this month myself!  I’d gladly entrust my children’s lives to Tom and you should too.
