What becomes a semi-legend most? by Joan Rivers

I’ve owned this record for years and not once have I had a desire to play it. Why? Just because she was annoying on Johnny Carson so many years ago. Well, I was wrong, this is a great record. Her voice is still annoying but if you put that aside, this record is pretty funny.
I didn’t expect Joan Rivers to be able to rapid-fire jokes the way she does, and as an aspiring comedy writer, well, that was an error in my judgement. I’m going to listen to this record over and over and over again, it is that good. In fact, I’d put it just below my beloved Don Rickles record, Hello, Dummy. I never, ever thought I’d say that about a Joan Rivers record.
What I really like about this record is that it has zero filler material and that is a rarity. The jokes come fast and furious and you don’t have to listen too closely to get them.
This record must have been popular because it turns up in junk shops quite often. I paid $5 for my copy and truly it is a comedy gem. For real. Go figure. Buy it.
